Pallet wrap from Pack Solution is clear hand stretch film used to secure pallet loads, bundle boxes and protect furniture in storage and transit. We sell four rolls: 400mm wide in 120m, 200m and 250m lengths, and 500mm x 250m, in 20 or 23 micron on standard or extended cores. Sizes are film width x roll length. Thickness is shown in micron and the weight is the listed roll weight. Every stretch film roll here is clear and made for wrapping by hand.
How to choose
- 400mm x 120m, 20 micron: a light 750g stretch wrap roll for removals, bundling a few boxes or occasional use.
- 400mm x 200m, 23 micron: the thicker film on a standard core for regular stretch wrap pallet work.
- 400mm x 250m, 23 micron, extended core: more length and a core you can hold, handy when you wrap without a dispenser.
- Pallet wrap 500mm x 250m, 23 micron: the widest roll, so each turn covers more height and big loads take fewer passes.

Frequently asked questions
What is pallet wrap used for?
It holds loads together on a pallet during storage and transport. It is also used to bundle boxes and to protect furniture during removals.
Is pallet wrap the same as shrink wrap?
Not quite. People often search for shrink wrap, but this is hand stretch film: you stretch it around the load and it clings to itself, with no heat needed.
What thickness is your clear stretch film?
Three rolls are 23 micron and the 400mm x 120m roll is 20 micron. Micron is the film thickness.
What does extended core mean?
On an extended core roll the cardboard core sticks out past the film at each end, so you can hold it by hand while you wrap. Our 400mm x 250m roll has an extended core.
Can I use these rolls on a pallet wrapping machine?
These are hand stretch film rolls, made for wrapping by hand. If you run a stretch wrap machine, call 0161 706 1246 to ask about suitable film before you order.
