Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of packsolution.co.uk and to all orders placed with us. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

Pack Solution is a trading name of Ramofy Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 11749260), VAT no. GB 405449308. Registered office: Unit 2, 50 Derby Street, Manchester M8 8HF. Email sales@packsolution.co.uk, phone 0161 706 1246.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong or we suspect fraud; if so we will refund any payment in full. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are shown excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive price shown underneath; UK VAT is added at the current rate at checkout. Volume prices apply per product size at the quantities shown on the product page. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel. Business customers are responsible for providing a valid VAT number where relevant.

4. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment providers. We accept major debit and credit cards and the other methods shown at checkout. We do not charge card fees and we never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, prices and times are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Ownership of goods

Goods remain our property until we have received payment in full. Business customers may resell goods in the normal course of business before then, but hold the proceeds of sale on our behalf up to the price owed.

7. Returns and cancellations

You can return items within 30 days as set out in our refund policy. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Sizes are nominal and small manufacturing variations can occur. Colours may look slightly different on screen.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. For business customers, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it. For consumers, we are only responsible for loss that was reasonably foreseeable.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or supply shortages. We will tell you as soon as possible and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet dispatched.

11. Using our website

Website content is for general information and may change without notice. You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious software, or copy or scrape its content without our written permission. Links to other websites do not mean we endorse them.

12. Reviews and content you send us

If you submit a review or other content, you give us a free licence to publish it. It must be honest, lawful and not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit or remove content that breaks these rules.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Only you and we can enforce these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales; consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
