Shipping policy

We deliver across the UK, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. There is no minimum order value. Prices on our website are shown excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive price underneath. We do not currently deliver to Ireland, the EU or elsewhere outside these areas.

Dispatch

Orders placed by 3pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. All orders are packed and sent from our unit in Manchester.

UK mainland delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.49, or free on orders over £10 ex VAT. Usually delivered 2–3 working days after dispatch. Larger boxes may travel with Evri.
• Express: £4.99. Usually delivered 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• DPD Next Day: £7.99. Delivered the next working day, Monday to Friday.
• Free click & collect: Unit 2, 50 Derby Street, Manchester M8 8HF. Monday to Friday 9:30–18:00, Sunday 10:00–17:00. We email you when your order is ready, usually within 2 hours.

Remote UK areas

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly: delivery usually takes 2–4 working days and next-day delivery is not available.

Isle of Man and Channel Islands

Royal Mail Tracked, £4.99, usually 3–5 working days. Next-day delivery is not available. Orders to Jersey and Guernsey are sent with a customs declaration and are not charged UK VAT; any local import tax or charges are payable by the recipient.

Large parcels to remote areas

Bulky items (such as cardboard boxes, pallet wrap, bubble wrap, packing paper and void fill) sent to the remote areas above, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands carry a surcharge of £12.50 ex VAT per order. We will contact you to collect it before dispatch.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address and include a phone number so the courier can reach you. Extra costs caused by an incorrect address are charged to the customer.

Items not received

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, email sales@packsolution.co.uk or call 0161 706 1246.

Shortages and damage

Please tell us about any shortage or damage within 3 working days of delivery, ideally with photos.
