Air pillows are small sealed bags of air that fill the empty space in a box so the item cannot move. Pack Solution sells them as flat 300m film rolls, in 100 x 200mm pillow film or 400 x 330mm cushion film, inflated on an automatic air cushion machine at the packing bench. This guide covers how much to buy, when they work and when they do not.
