Please note that any mention of days refers to working days, so they exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

All orders are processed & shipped from our registered office & main warehouse in Manchester.
Shipping Notification:
Once registered, we will send an email notification when your order has been shipped, (subject to system status) which you can check the status of by logging into your account and view the order details.
Shipping Address:
It is the customers responsibility to give the correct billing and shipping address. Any additional cost incurred because of incorrectly addressed deliveries will be charged to the customer. All addresses can be changed by logging in to the site. Please ensure you have a Working Land line and Mobile Number so that we or the carriage company can contact you.
Items not received:
Please contact us in writing, by fax or email if you have not received your order within 7 days for UK and Ireland customers, and 14 days for our other European customers.
Shortages and Damages:
All claims, shortages and damages must be notified in writing by fax or email within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Returns & Replacements:
In addition to your legal rights (under UK distance selling regulations) we offer a 14 day no fuss returns guarantee – if you are not happy with your product within 14 days you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us with the details (email: sales@packsolution.co.uk) before you return the goods.
We will refund your payment within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.
